It seems that the most impossible thing to do is to admit when we don't know something. Particularly when it comes to spirituality. The brain isn't geared for it. That's why our consciousness is so wonderful. Every time when we remember to take a pause we can let it all drop and spend a few minutes not trying to figure stuff out. It's very relaxing actually!
